Gilbert passes two ordinances to help prevent teen violence
The Gilbert Town Council unanimously passed a law banning brass and metal knuckles and another ordinance making homeowners or landlords responsible if a party gets out of hand. Both ordinances go into effect in 30 days. The police chief explained that it would be up to the officer’s discretion if the ordinance was violated.
