Prescott man sentenced to life in prison for burying wife alive
A Prescott man was sentenced to life in prison for kidnapping, tying her up and burying his wife alive in 2017. David Michael Pagniano won’t have the possibility for parole for the death of his wife, Sandra. According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, evidence showed Sandra “vigorously struggled while she was in the grave” and she may have been conscious for up to five minutes.
