Neighbors want answers on how a toddler shot himself in east Mesa

Neighbors are angry and want answers about a 3-year-old boy who got ahold of a gun and shot himself in east Mesa on Thursday. It’s unclear who was watching the victim or how he got the gun. He’s still in critical condition.
