Scottsdale prosecutor awarded $5+ million for being wrongfully fired
A now-former prosecutor in Scottsdale was awarded more than $5 million from a jury for being wrongfully terminated by the city in 2020. Shawn Fuller said he was falsely accused of gender discrimination. The city of Scottsdale says it’ll appeal the decision.
