‘Croc Bandit’ now in custody, Surprise police say

A man suspected of being the “Croc Bandit” who damaged eight businesses in Surprise has been arrested, police said on Monday. The suspect got the nickname because he was wearing black Crocs during the crimes. It’s unclear how he was caught.
