Arizona Senate votes to repeal near-total abortion ban

The Arizona Legislature approved a repeal of a long-dormant ban on nearly all abortions Wednesday, advancing the bill to Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, who is scheduled to sign it on Thursday.
