Daughter of man killed in shooting says family’s backbone taken away

A man is in jail in connection to a shooting in February that left another man dead and caused a crash that left a neighborhood without power. Erik Lagunas was on his way home in central Phoenix when he was killed in a crossfire. Family members say he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and didn’t deserve to die.
