3 arrested in Phoenix Ulta store thefts
Video released by Phoenix Police shows a group of suspects behind organized retail thefts in the Valley. Police say 20-year-old Brenacia Bell, 19-year-old Kamere Johnson and 23-year-old Derrick Merrell stole more than $14,000 worth of merchandise from Ulta Beauty stores in Phoenix last November.
