Bill to ratify ‘historic’ water rights settlement reintroduced in Congress

This week, legislation to ratify the Northeastern Arizona Indian Water Rights Settlement Agreement was reintroduced in both the U.S. Senate and House with bipartisan support from Arizona lawmakers.
