Countryside Partnerships will remodel the closing two sites on what used to be previously the Hendon Metropolitan Police training centre

Countryside Partnerships  has been chosen by the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the Mayor’s Place of work for Policing & Crime (MOPAC) as the most popular developer to deliver 739 new blended-tenure homes in Colindale, Barnet, as half of a £276m GDV plot.

Chosen following a aggressive show route of led by the Mayor of London, Countryside Partnerships will remodel the closing two sites on what used to be previously the Hendon Metropolitan Police training centre and driving college in Colindale into 5 structures housing 739 new homes and more than one recreational spaces. The improvement will also contain neighborhood and retail facilities.

The 427 affordable homes will signify 60% of the brand new improvement.

Work is anticipated to commence instantaneous in summer 2025 and is scheduled for completion in 2030.

Colindale is the thirty fourth main improvement for the time being being improved by Vistry in London.
