The Dow Jones Industrial Moderate became barely modified, and the Nasdaq composite gained 1.5%.<\/p>\n<p>The price scale back became widely anticipated. Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell acknowledged it&rsquo;s too early to understand how Donald Trump&rsquo;s presidential victory will shift the Fed&rsquo;s price insurance policies. Treasury yields remained decrease following the Fed&rsquo;s announcement.
