A Senita resident, Jorge Moreno, finds himself entangled in multiple felony charges following a late-night shooting incident earlier this week, as detailed in police documents.<\/p>\n
The 45-year-old Moreno stands accused of four felony counts related to weapons misconduct, alongside charges of disorderly conduct involving weapons, unlawful discharge of a weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, he faces one misdemeanor charge of endangerment.<\/p>\n
The series of events unfolded just before midnight on Tuesday, prompting approximately 10 individuals to contact law enforcement, reporting gunfire in the vicinity.<\/p>\n
One eyewitness, among those who reached out to the authorities, recounted seeing a neighbor “standing on his back patio firing rounds off from a firearm,” as stated in the police report.<\/p>\n
Subsequently, the Maricopa Police Department swiftly arrested Moreno at his residence near Santa Rosa Parkway and Elizabeth Avenue, taking him into custody around 12:10 a.m. on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
