On the list of counties with the most veteran homebuyers, Maricopa County ranks second in the country. Last year, there were 10,000 VA home loan transactions in Arizona. With the recent National Association of Realtors settlement taking effect later this summer, some veterans are concerned they could be disadvantaged in the housing market.
